- Yes. Treffio offers paid tickets and add-ons in registration, with card and MobilePay. Treffio charges 1.5% + DKK 10 per ticket, all included. No hidden fees.
- What types of events is Treffio best for?
- Treffio is built for company parties, employee events, trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Is our data secure?
- Yes. We comply with all GDPR requirements. So do our subprocessors and integrations – most are SOC Type II certified. See our Trust Center for more.
- What does phone support cost?
- Phone support is included in the Business plan. 24/7 support is available in the Enterprise plan. You can always reach us by email.
- Can we use Treffio for events in other countries?
- Absolutely. Treffio is available in many languages and all content can be translated. We also accept payments with VAT rates that match the event’s country, so you stay compliant with local ticketing rules.
